I am in my healthy girl era right now and below are some of my absolute favorite holistic beauty and wellness products that I have incorporated into my daily routine. 2) My amazing Ice Roller
This is something very new in my routine and I am SO happy that I added this into my morning routine. Ice rolling is something I never thought I would be into, but once I started doing it, I knew it would always be apart of my daily ritual. It is normal to wake up with a bit of puffiness and inflammation in your body, especially your face. This is caused by overnight fluid retention, which is totally normal. So the ice roller’s job is to depuff your face and eliminate any sort of inflammation and fluid retention, giving you a nice snatched look after using it. I use it every single morning on dry, clean skin for about 5 minutes. After I ice roll, my skin looks fresh and bright. ☀️

Specifically, Lumineux Teeth Whitening Strips. These are my favorite non toxic teeth whitening brand. They actually have made my teeth pearly white. The whitest my teeth have ever looked. And the best part is…my teeth do not feel sensitive at all. When I used to use the Crest Whitening Strips, I could not consume any cold or hot foods because my teeth were SO sensitive. Luckily, these strips do not do that. These are made with: Vegetable Glycerol, Deionized Water, Carbomer, Carboxymethyl, Coconut Oil, Dead Sea Salt, Sage Oil, Lemon Peel Oil. And that is it!
